Summer. It’s hot. I stay up too late and sleep in too long. My son is out of school so the clock literally is not looked at during the summer. But I had to look. It’s almost 10am and I’m still in bed. Ha! It’s only the 3rd day of summer. I’m determined to not get on the late night cycle. Soooo today I have a plan. I do this every time I feel myself getting lazy or bored or just blah.
Step 1: get up
Step 2: drink a full 16 ounces of room temp water
Step 3: pray
Step 4: make a Slique Shake with 3 drops lemon, 3 drops tangerine, and 2 drops peppermint. Drink and then take a FemiGen capsule.
Step 5: go for a walk
Step 6: take a shower and do my hair
Step 7: Eat a healthy lunch and drink a NingXia shot spiked with Nitro and pop 2 Super B capsules.
Step 8: no sugar today
Step 9: go for another walk at night then eat a healthy dinner.
Step 10: go to bed by 10pm with an ImmuPro and two drops of lavender in my belly button.
